The scanner will not connect to the hotspot.
Usually changing the hotspot from 2.4GHz to 5GHz fixed the problem.
In this case the WiFi network card changed / stuck on 2.4GHz, and would give an Error that the network cannot use 5GHz.

There are 5 additional steps you can try:
In WIndows
1. Reset under Network \ Advanced \ Network Card \ Properties \ Settings.
On the scanner
2. Reset under Setup Wi-Fi \ Manage Profiles \ EzCount - steps 1 to 8
3. Turned 5GHz off, and om under Setup Wi-Fi \ Options \ Band Selection
4. Disconnected from Wi-Fi
5. Reconnected to PC Secure.
