What is your return policy ?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. However, all rentals require a minimum commitment of 3 days.

for short term rentals we ship your scanners to arrive one day before your start date, giving time to train your staff. We also schedule the return pickup for one day after your rental period ends

Short rental kits comes complete with:
  • Barcode scanners
  • Docking cradle/chargers
  • Secure Wi-Fi access point
  • Laptop base station with wireless barcode tracking software
Monthly and annual rental kits comes complete with:
  • Barcode scanners
  • Docking cradle/chargers
  • EzCount Desktop software (installed on your computer/laptop)

To use your inventory accounting data in EzCount, you’ll need to export your inventory master file into a common format such as CSV (text file) or Excel.

EzCount can accept the following data files:

  • Item Master Data
    Includes Item ID, SKU, description, price, category, vendor, cost, etc.
  • Barcode / UPC Data
    Barcode numbers associated with each SKU
  • Location Data
    Areas, zones, fixtures, and bin locations (if applicable)
  • System Quantities
    Quantity on hand (by location, if available)

Yes, we offer customized views and reporting options, including:

  1. Electronic count sheet views and exports
  2. Count audit reports
  3. Variance reports
  4. Inventory valuation reports

Note: Custom integrations may require additional scoping and fees depending on complexity.

The number of scanners depends on:

  • The size of your inventory (e.g., small shop vs. large warehouse)
  • The number of staff available to count
  • Your timeline (week-long count vs. weekend/month-end count)

Scanners are typically provided in banks of four, but you can rent any quantity. The minimum rental is two scanners.
